    Hey there! So I was on the lookout for blogs written by foreigners living in Dalian because I'll be going there myself come August and I want to learn as much as I can before I get there. In fact, I'm glad I came across your blog because I'll be teaching at a university as well - DJTU to be exact, and I'll be teaching engineering instead of English, but still... I'm sure I can learn plenty from you! There's a lot I'd like to ask you, but I guess the first thing I'd like to ask is, how did you like living in Dalian??

      Hi Dan. Thanks for writing! I really liked living in Dalian. I lived there about five years ago, so I'm sure things have changed, but generally speaking, it's a great city with lots of terrific food, nice people, convenient transportation, an interesting history, and you're in a good place to travel to some awesome northeast cities.
